Where our new-parent guidance comes from

Our guides were written from 146 pages across 88 websites, including health agencies, hospitals, universities, parenting organizations and peer-support groups. Pages that could not be read were not used. Where reputable sources disagree (for example, cord care or when visitors should wait) we say so and send you to your own doctor. We paraphrase, and we do not copy.

This is education, not medical advice. Check anything specific to you with your doctor, midwife or pediatrician.
