How it works
- Independent contractor (1099) — not an employee role. You choose your hours; there are no fixed shifts and no minimum hours.
- Clock in, clock out — you record the time you choose to work; you are paid for approved time every other week.
- Remote — work from anywhere in the U.S. on your own device.
- You will see sensitive family stories. Confidentiality and child safety come first, and you will agree to clear rules before you start.
